Tropical High Protein Tempeh Noodle Salad
120 Reviews
A protein-packed dish that's both fresh and rich in antioxidants—perfect for those seeking a high-protein, low-calorie meal without compromising on flavor! This vibrant salad features sautéed seasonal vegetables on a bed of high-protein, low-carb black soybean noodles, paired with our house-marinated soy tempeh.
Tossed in a creamy, tropical tahini dressing made from coconut, kaffir lime, orange, pineapple, mango, maple, and garlic, each bite offers a delightful balance of zesty lime, a kick of chili, and a hint of sesame, with a touch of sweetness from maple syrup. Finished with shallots and roasted sesame seeds for added crunch.
This Asian-inspired salad is perfect for lunch or dinner, enjoyed chilled or warmed. You can even serve it as a side salad with your favorite protein. A refreshing, wholesome delight!

I did not enjoy this meal at all and threw out more than half of it. I did not like the texture, flavours or combination. There was also too much noodle which made it bland. It is very similar to a previous meal that I also did not like. Unfortunately this meal made me very sick. It could have been the tempeh which I have had issues with in the past. If other customer report the same, it may be worth looking into why this has happened.
